The strategic partnership between Cumbria County Council and Capita PLC has brought together the various organisations that are involved in the delivery of the highway management service to Cumbria - 'Cumbria Highways'.

The Cumbria Highways Hotline provides a single point of contact for a wide range of highway matters and the focal point for an enhanced service to the people of Cumbria.

Contact the Highways Hotline by telephoning (0845) 6096609 or visit the Cumbria Highways website. Highways Hotline provides information, handles reports of defects and other problems on any of the following matters:
