Brampton Business Centre and Telecentre offers members of the
public and the business community access to technology,
training and conference facilities. Photocopying, fax and
document presentation services are available.
Computer facilities comprise 20 computers, with high speed
Internet access running Windows Vista, Office 2007 Professional,
Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Sage
Instant Accounts, Microsoft Money 2002, Frontpage 2003 and
Publisher 2007.
Training
The Centre offers a range of IT training programmes designed to
meet the needs of individuals and businesses. This includes
accredited courses, one-to-one training and support, as well as
courses aimed at specific sectors such as farming and
tourism. We also offer Arts and Crafts courses in the Wooden
Hut Arts and Crafts Centre.
Business Support
The Centre has close links with Business Link Northwest and
Cumbria Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Together we can provide
support to businesses, in particular focusing on helping small and
tourism-based enterprises. Individual advice sessions are
available.
Conference Room
The Business Centre offers a range of office service
including; Photocopying, Fax facility, Word processing and Document
production, Binding, Laminating and Printing. FREE
