We are committed to developing existing and new facilities throughout the city in line with our facility priorities and securing external funding to achieve this. 

Our leisure facilities at the Sands Centre, the Pools, Stonyholme Golf Course, Bitts Park Tennis and Recreation Area and the Sheepmount Athletics Stadium are managed by Carlisle Leisure Limited, who work closely with us in providing high quality leisure services.
