A personal search is an inspection of the Local Land Charges
Register and can be carried out by anyone upon payment of £11.
Please note that a personal search does not provide all the
information given on a full (LLC1 and CON29) search.
It is the responsibility of the person carrying out the personal
search to identify the land/property and to make any notes of
information held on the Register.
The Council does not have an obligation to answer any
supplementary enquiries when a person is making a personal
search.
The Local Land Charges Register is available for inspection by
appointment only. Appointments must be made 24 hours in
