Recycling - composters

As part of the Cumbria Waste Partnership scheme, Carlisle City Council is pleased to offer compost bins from as little as £8 (220 litres) with a FREE kitchen caddy and FREE delivery with every compost bin order.  This offer is available to anybody within Cumbria until the 31st December 2007 while stocks last.
