The opening hours are:

Monday to Thursday: 9 am to 5 pm

Friday: 9am to 4pm.

The calls are received directly by a Customer Services advisor dedicated to Benefits. If all the lines are in use the answering machine will allow you to leave a name and contact number, we will ring you back. The phone is manned from 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm Friday. Messages can be left on the answering machine outside of these hours, if you leave a contact number we will ring you back.
